Project Updates & Revisions:
You are entitled to project revisions or updates according to the specific package or service level you purchased. Additional revisions or updates beyond the included scope may incur extra fees. All final approved files will be delivered in the appropriate print or digital formats.
Property Rights — Creativity 305
Ownership:
All designs, layouts, templates, proofs, digital files, and printed materials created or provided by Creativity 305 are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise specified in writing, Creativity 305 retains ownership of all design concepts and production files. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, alter, or reuse any design or material without explicit written permission from Creativity 305.
Pricing:
Prices for printing, design, branding, and related services are subject to change without prior notice. Creativity 305 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time and shall not be held liable for such changes.
Payment:
All payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment systems. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and authorize Creativity 305 to charge your selected payment method for all products and services purchased. Payments must be received in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prohibited Activities — Creativity 305
Unauthorized Use:
You may not use any designs, proofs, printed materials, branding assets, or Services provided by Creativity 305 for any unlawful, harmful, or prohibited purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, creating fraudulent documents, producing offensive or illegal content, violating copyright laws, or engaging in any activity that violates local, state, or federal regulations.
Unauthorized Reproduction:
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, alter, or commercially exploit any design, template, artwork, or printed product created by Creativity 305 without explicit written permission. All materials provided are for the client’s approved use only.
Tampering or Misuse:
Clients may not manipulate, modify, or misuse any digital files or print-ready assets in ways that infringe on copyright, damage the integrity of the original design, or misrepresent the work as fully created by the client when it is not.

Support:

Termination:
